Getting back what you bought

On a new phone, or after reinstalling, open the collection’s page (the butterfly at the top right of the home menu) and tap Restore purchases at its foot. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.

Your progress

Your game is kept on your phone, with no account. It comes back when you restore your phone from its own backup, such as iCloud. Deleting the game deletes it.

The Membership

The first three days are free, and the day before they end, a quiet note in the study says so. It then renews until you cancel. To cancel or change it, tap Manage or cancel on the Membership’s card, or open Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone.

Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple too, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Family Sharing

The Butterfly Collection and the Membership can be shared with your family through Family Sharing.

Your privacy

No ads, no accounts, no tracking. The privacy policy says exactly what stays on your phone and the one thing that doesn’t.
